Crowned is a cosmetic, not a drug
A cosmetic is intended to cleanse, beautify or alter appearance. A drug is intended to treat or prevent disease, and drugs for hair loss — minoxidil, for instance — are regulated as such. Crowned contains no minoxidil, no hormones and no prescription actives, and it is not an equivalent to, or a replacement for, any prescribed treatment.
See a doctor first if you
- are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or nursing;
- are under 18;
- have sudden, patchy or rapid hair loss, or loss alongside other symptoms — that pattern deserves a diagnosis, not a serum;
- have a diagnosed scalp or autoimmune condition, or an inflamed, broken or painful scalp;
- use a prescription scalp treatment;
- have a known allergy to any ingredient in the formula.
Patch test
As with any new topical product, apply a small amount to a discreet area and wait 24 hours before regular use. Stop immediately if you get redness, itching, burning or swelling, and speak to a healthcare professional.

No amount of regrowth, density change or timeline is promised anywhere on this site. Individual response depends on the cause of the thinning, hormones, age, genetics, medication and factors nobody has fully mapped.
